How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water.
|2 fl oz||Bacardi Gold rum|
|1 2/3 fl oz||Cold brew coffee|
|1/2 fl oz||Maple syrup|
|1 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Thomas Henry Tonic Water|

To make Cold brew coffee:
Infuse 100g coarse ground coffee in 1 litre of water for 24 hours in a refrigerator. Filter and serve.
Depending on your coffee, the combination with rum, maple and tonic give this tall refreshing Nightcap a chocolaty note.
