2 oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1 2⁄3 oz | Cold brew coffee |
1⁄2 oz | Maple syrup |
1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1 1⁄2 oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water.
Depending on your coffee, the combination with rum, maple and tonic give this tall refreshing Nightcap a chocolaty note.
