Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
16 oz Monin Apple Syrup
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare cinnamon powder for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon powder.

History:

Inspired by a vodka-based, quite different cocktail created in 2002 by Jason Borthwick at Tiles in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Works very good with calvados instead of vodka.

Nice, but could use some sugar syrup (1/2 fl oz).
