I used 12ml of fresh lime juice and 3ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.
I also used unsweetened cranberry juice and added 5ml of sugar syrup. I didn’t have Grand Marnier so used Cointreau and then added 12.5ml of cognac. Wondering whether I ended up with a whole new cocktail but it got great reviews ?

I used Rittenhouse Straight Rye. Great cocktail that has a really long finish. 5 stars.

I used pasteurised egg whites - although 15 egg whites in a carton is a lot of sours…
Worth it though, this is an excellent recipe!
