Quite drinkable. Used Aperol. The Sauvignon Blanc could have been better quality. My error in not measuring soda so was over diluted. Will try again. I’m a fan of grapefruit & grapefruit bitters.

Easy drinking. Had to riff because I didn’t have grapefruit bitters (on my long list of bitter to acquire). So used a dash of regular & a touch more grapefruit juice. Also subbed Demerara simple syrup….cause I love its depth. Will definitely do again. So enjoy grapefruit flavors over orange.

Was working with sub-par ingredients as in fresh frozen lemon juice (my own). Needed to balance the gin and being short on lemon I added some frozen orange juice (my own). Rather than tossing my citrus juice I freeze it for emergencies. As this was. Captured the herbaceousness quite nicely. Will do again.

Not the prettiest color.....but great taste! Love being able to use grapefruit and it nicely balances the lime. Citrus forward and easy to drink....though potent. Going into the rotation.
