Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
2 12 oz Sauvignon blanc wine
1 12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
6 drop Bob's Grapefruit Bitters
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pink grapefruit slice or wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
  5. Garnish with pink grapefruit slice or wedge.

Quite drinkable. Used Aperol. The Sauvignon Blanc could have been better quality. My error in not measuring soda so was over diluted. Will try again. I’m a fan of grapefruit & grapefruit bitters.
