Very, very, tasty as written, but for my personal taste, next time I will dial back the lemon to 3/4 oz. I did not have the suggested vermouth, so I subbed in another Spanish Amaro (Aixa Red Vino Vermouth). I used 2 drops of Miracle Miles Bitter Co. Yuzu bitters, which complemented the drink’s overall flavor profile. This drink is definitely a keeper—just be aware that fruits differ in their acidities based upon growing conditions, soil type, and when they’re harvested—so amts may vary.
So delicious. So easy to make. Take my advice: Whatever you change, don’t change out the gin. The Old Tom is needed—it rounds out the other strong ingredients perfectly!
