This was delicious. Slightly sweet, almost smoky and ever so slightly pear. I used drillaud pear liquor because it’s what I have, and it is great.

Delicious, light and complex. I had 2:1 honey syrup so I added to taste after the initial amount. I’ll make this again.
I made this with Big Gin, st. Germain, and knight gabriello rosso Amaro. The description is right on - it’s very drinkable.
