Im doing it Like this:

4CL Plantation Isle of Fiji
2CL Campari
5CL Pineapple Juice
1,75CL Lime Juice
1,75CL Agave Syrup

I use normal ICE cubes or one big ice Block instead of crushed Ice.

Definitely in my top 5, Love this one
