Avaliação e degustação

Experimentado em 08/10/2011

Aparência:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

(hydrated to approx. 40%) Subdued but with water lightly spiced (clove) buttery fudge and floral aromas.

Sabor:

While the nose may be subdued the slightly sweet, lightly spiced brioche palate is huge but with flavours so tightly integrated that it's hard to dissect.

Aftertaste:

Spicy malty finish with a touch of liquorice and lingering bitterness.
