Released annually in the Autumn, each release specifying how many barrels (medium #4 char) the batch was blended from and in what warehouse the barrels were aged. Sazerac 18 Year Old is chill filtered prior to bottling.

(sample 2014 release) Clear, deep bronze.
Toffee apple, chargrilled corn-on-the-cob, molasses, crushed mint leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice.
Toasty/burnt bready cereal and backed apple with cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice.
Cinnamon and black pepper spice with maple syrup coated nuttiness.
Better enjoyed neat. Somewhat falls apart with water.
