This seasonal strong English ale is brewed with an array of malt and hop varieties using Wye Valley Brewery’s own yeast strain. The six different malts used are pale malt, flaked barley, wheat, crystal malt, roasted barley, and amber malt, with Bramling Cross and Fuggles hops.

Aparência:

Clear, dark red-chestnut brown with medium tan head.

Aroma:

Malty caramel nose with subtle hop spice.

Sabor:

Malty burnt, almost charred toast palate with bitter caramel and liquorice, and light spice.

Aftertaste:

Ground black pepper and more charred toast and caramel.
