Appearance:
Clear, bright golden yellow with a small head which quickly fades to a thin layer of foam.
Aroma:
Subdued nose with faint grassiness and creamy citrus.
Taste:
Fairly bland lightly malty palate with slight note of metal saucepan and the water and vegetables have been simmered in.
Aftertaste:
Dry, short, thin and slightly metallic.
