Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber with large white head which quickly collapses to lasting thin quilt leaving moderate lacing.

Aroma:

Bready malt with fruity, banana and honey.

Taste:

Alcohol dominates the palate with freshly baked bread maltyness, black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Attractive bread and alcohol finish.
