Appearance:

(bbd 26-Jan-17) Clear, red-bronze-brown with thick head which gradually fades to thin foam with heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Yeasty, bran breakfast cereal, clove and black pepper with faint maraschino cherry, orange juice and liquorice.

Taste:

Boozy, full flavoured palate with sultana bread and clove and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper with freshly baked yeasty bread and lingering clove spice.
