Appearance:

Hazy, Reddish brown with a very thick ivory coloured lasting head leaving heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Malty, caramel and grassy spruce with walnuts in their shells, cold tea and overripe/rotting pear.

Taste:

Bone dry, earthy caramel malt with cinnamon and nutmeg spice, stewed plums, mixed nuts and lemon citrus.

Aftertaste:

Bitter, malty, stewed tea tannins, lingering spruce and Christmas spices.
