Avaliação e degustação

Experimentado em 25/06/2012

Aparência:

Clear, pale yellowy-green. Milky yellow-green louche with water.

Aroma:

Anise, angelica and wormwood with background herbal supporting aromas. Faint whiffs of minty violet blossom. Pine forest aromas emerge with water.

Sabor:

(reduced 4-1 with water) Clean, aggressive aniseed intensity with woody herbal notes and pine-ey eucalyptus resinous greenness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering bitter wormwood with tongue numbing absinthe. Water to beyond 5-1 to reduce the tongue numbing leaves plain bland.
