A verte Swiss Absinthe made using a dozen different botanicals, including grande wormwood from the Val-de-Travers, and named after creator Claude-Alain Bugnon's daughter (and also because it contains angelica).
Experimentado em 25/06/2012
Clear, pale yellowy-green. Milky yellow-green louche with water.
Anise, angelica and wormwood with background herbal supporting aromas. Faint whiffs of minty violet blossom. Pine forest aromas emerge with water.
(reduced 4-1 with water) Clean, aggressive aniseed intensity with woody herbal notes and pine-ey eucalyptus resinous greenness.
Lingering bitter wormwood with tongue numbing absinthe. Water to beyond 5-1 to reduce the tongue numbing leaves plain bland.
