The former name for what is now known as Lillet Blanc, although the modern version is made to a different recipe without quinine to have more mass-market appeal to modern palates.

Originally spelt with one 'l' (Lilet), Kina Lillet owes its notoriety due to its use in James Bond's Vesper cocktail in Casino Royale.
Now named Lillet Blanc, the modern day version is much changed from the Kina Lillet Bond's author knew and used in his hero's signature cocktail. In 1986, in an attempt to keep the brand relevant with changing tastes, the amount of quinine in Lillet was dramatically reduced and 'Kina' (a French word for quinine) dropped from the brand name to be replaced simply with 'Blanc'.
Experimentado anteriormente 1st May 2011
As not available for many years I have not sampled but reported to be more bitter due to added quinine when compared to Lillet Blanc.
