First brewed circa 1900, this Nut Brown Ale by Samuel Smith is fermented in traditional stone Yorkshire square at their oh so traditional Tadcaster brewery using cane sugar, roasted barley and seaweed finings.

Aparência:

(May-13) Clear, deep teak with bronze highlights. Medium off-white head leaving heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Nutty butterscotch with hint of swimming pool.

Sabor:

Full bodied, toasted nutty malt with beech wood and toasted almonds.

Aftertaste:

Chestnuts, spruce needles and toasty bread. Sees off Newcastle Brown Ale.
