Appearance:
(sample bbe Feb-15) Opaque very dark brown – almost black with lasting beige head and lacing.
Aroma:
Brown bread and cocoa with earthy note and a whiff of dung/farmyard.
Taste:
Dry, burnt toast and cocoa with faint heavily roasted coffee.
Aftertaste:
Liquorice, coal dust and cocoa.
