This Taiwanese single malt was aged in a cask previously used to age port wine. No age statement is declared but we understand it to be around three years old. It was bottled by hand at the distillery without added colouring or chill-filtration.

Aparência:

Clear, golden.

Aroma:

Burnt butter, tarte tatin and panettone cake with delicate oak garnish and faint cinnamon spice.

Sabor:

Slightly sweet buttery panettone cake with sultana and cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

This dessert of a malt finishes with buttery chamois leather and lingering cinnamon spice.
