The red ale comes in different strengths depending on whether it is bottled or on tap. It was originally called Best Bitter and uses Dark Crystal malt which gives the deep colour.

Aparência:

(sample best before Aug-13) Clear, deep, coppery amber with medium ivory head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Pine and caramel with citrus zest and tropical fruit.

Sabor:

Bread crust, sappy pine and caramel with zesty citrus.

Aftertaste:

Toasted bread with citrus zest, pine and grassy hops.
