Monin Macadamia Syrup captures the buttery, roasted nutty flavour of Macadamia nuts and is designed from use in coffees, hot chocolates, iced coffees, frappes, and cocktails.

Ingredients
Sugar, water, natural flavouring (contains macadamia nut extract as well as other flavouring essences.), acid: citric acid, colour: E150a.

Appearance:

Clear, rich golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent toasted macadamia nuts and peanut shells with almond, dry roasted peanuts, marzipan (Bakewell tart).

Taste:

Buttery cookie dough, hazelnut latte and cake mix with mashed banana on toast and burnt praline notes. Predictably sweet with syrupy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Fades with peanut and almond.
