This double IPA is infused with Scottish blackberries and follows Brewdog’s previous ‘Hello My Name is Ingrid’, which was infused cloudberries.

Aparência:

(best before 16-Sep-13) Clear, rust amber with cherry red tints. Large bubbled one finger thick, quickly fading, off-white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Satsuma and pink grapefruit zest with dark boiled sweets earthy plums and fresh blackberries.

Sabor:

Slightly sweet fruity notes subdue, interact with and perfectly compliment pine sap, grapefruit zest and spruce needle bitter hops.

Aftertaste:

Ruby red grapefruit, mandarin orange zest and metallic hops over a malty base. While fruity, the fruit is wonderfully integrated to produce a characterful muscular ale.
