Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Wonderfully clean and fragrant with juniper presented lavender and camphor rather than pungent pine. Lime cordial and floral aromas with delicate spice. Water releases notes of nutty mushroom-like angelica root.

Taste:

Initial sweetness is quickly countered by a cleansing peppery bite which appears to bind all the other more delicate floral and spicy flavours together in a balanced, well-integrated palate.

Aftertaste:

Juniper remains dominant but is well tamed throughout.
