Boasts "natural ginger aroma with other natural flavors" [sic] and coloured with caramel. Thomas Henry was an apothecary in Manchester, England who is attributed with first producing carbonated water in 1773.

Thomas Henry say, "The Irish were first to flavour carbonated water with natural ginger. Later on, two distinct flavours emerged in North America: the spicy "golden style", similar to ginger beer, was preferred in the United States; meanwhile, the Canadians enjoyed a much milder "pale style". It is the "pale style" which has become known and loved worldwide as ginger ale today."

Water, sugar, carbonic dioxide, natural ginger flavouring with other natural flavourings, citric acidifier, colouring E150d. Vegan and naturally gluten-free.

Aparência:

(sample bottle exp. 19/Aug/20) Rich golden colour, akin to a rich dessert wine, small rising bubbles which dissipate almost immediately.

Aroma:

Fresh ginger with lemon balm, dried sage and faint swimming pool.

Sabor:

Gentle medium-dry, earthy, moderately ginger palate with gentle effervescence.

Aftertaste:

More dryness and ginger-spiced finish.

No geral:

A moderately gingery and moderately effervescent ginger ale.
