Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with burnished bronze highlights.

Aroma:

English breakfast tea caddy and cracked black pepper spice.

Taste:

Initial floral sweetness is quickly restrained by peppery alcohol and tea tannin attack. Freshly brewed tea and caramel.

Aftertaste:

While sugar on the palate masks the high alcohol strength a lingering cracked black pepper prickle tells the tale.
