Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with burnished bronze highlights.

Aroma:

Vanilla, stewed tea, burnt sugar, dried and stewed fruit with obvious peppery spirit.

Taste:

A challenging palate neat due to high strength, with water flavours of freshly brewed and tannic stewed English breakfast tea emerge with aromatic dried, caramel and stewed vanilla fruit. Strangely reminiscent of Southern Comfort.

Aftertaste:

Lingering peppery spice and aromatic dried tropical fruit.
