Distilled with 19 botanicals: angelica root, bay laurel, bergamot peel, black peppercorn, caraway, cardamom, fresh coriander (cilantro), coriander seeds cinnamon, citra hops, dill seeds, fennel seeds, ginger, juniper berries, lemon peel, lime peel, orris root, Seville orange peel and star anise.
St. George layer juniper berries, bay laurel and fresh coriander in their botanicals basket. The other 16 botanicals are steeped overnight in their 1,500 litre copper pot still prior to distillation. Each batch makes around 800 bottles of Botanivore.

Crystal clear.
Menthol, eucalyptus, juniper and coriander with black pepper corns, fennel, aniseed, cardamom, black liquorice and light citrus zest.
Dry, herbaceous, peppery and well-balanced with the plethora of botanicals harmoniously presented. Botanivore is a classic gin in style, if not in flavour - juniper is present but integrated rather than domineering other botanicals such as orange, coriander and fennel. There’s a hint of black liquorice although it’s not a botanical used.
Long and dry with cracked black pepper leading waves of herbal and citrus. Slightly bitter herbal, rooty notes.
