Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw yellow.

Aroma:

Bread dough/doughy bread, new leather, linseed oil rubbed light wood and candied ginger. Water amplifies cracked black pepper spice.

Taste:

Chamois leather smoothness with enlivening spice with subtle white orchard fruits and lemon/lime candied zestyness.

Aftertaste:

Vanilla rubbed leather with lingering peppery spice.
