Ruby Blue is based on charcoal filtered Irish neutral grain spirit (vodka) infused with cranberries and sweetened with sugar. Each 350ml bottle contains 40 grams of “wild cranberries” and each bottle undergoes three months “bottle aging” to allow the fruit to further infuse prior to release.

Appearance:

Clear, cherry red.

Aroma:

Fresh cranberries, cranberry jam and faint vanilla ice-cream.

Taste:

Sweet but with pleasing fruit tartness. Cranberry, strawberry and faint vanilla essence.

Aftertaste:

Cranberry and red dessert wine. Does what it says on the tin – it’s a clean liqueur that tastes of cranberries. Oh and it has some cranberries floating in it.
