Appearance:

(sample bottled 30-Sept-13, best before 30-Dec-14) Store upright and poor carefully as yeast sediment in bottle. Cloudy, sandy amber with enduring white head but little lacing.

Aroma:

Mandarin orange and white grapefruit zest with yeast, orange flower water and floral notes. Sweet and easy as IPAs go.

Taste:

Bitter sweet, pink grapefruit and orange zest with citrus acidity.

Aftertaste:

Long, citrusy tank with lime zest.
