Appearance:

(sample bottled 01-Sep-13, best before 01-Jan-14) Sediment in bottle pour carefully. Hazy, pale yellow sandy amber with moderate off-white head and heavy creamy lacing.

Aroma:

Zesty and fresh pink grapefruit.

Taste:

Creamy mouthfeel with clean and zesty pink grapefruit zest and juice. Assertive but not overpowering pine hoppyness. Full-flavoured but light bodied.

Aftertaste:

Cleansing zesty grapefruit and grassy hops.
