Produced by an unnamed “3rd generation artisan distiller in a remote village in southern Germany” using copper pot stills and sold under the Pür Likör brand by Seattle-based Kiki and Harvey Braverman and their Braverman LLC, established to import beverages from Kiki’s native Germany in 2010.

Likör is German for liqueur.

Appearance:

Clear, pale cerise red with burgundy glints.

Aroma:

Rich and syrupy. Cloves, pine, blood orange and pink grapefruit zest with floral rose notes and nutmeg spice.

Taste:

Bittersweet, orange, red grapefruit zest, cloves and nutmeg.

Aftertaste:

Cinnamon, clove and citrus zest.
