Review and Tasting

Sampled on 01/06/2014

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Piney juniper and coriander with pungent zesty lemon and lime drowning much of the stalky elderflower.

Taste:

Slight sweetness with well-balanced citrus, juniper and coriander. The elderflower appears stewed rather than fresh.

Aftertaste:

Lemon and lime cordial with cleansing pine and mild black pepper.
