Aparência:

(sample best before 16/Jan/15) Clear, bright pale golden amber with very light carbonation and no head.

Aroma:

Aromatic and vinious bouquet of maturing apples, pear skins and pearblossom with citrus freshness.

Sabor:

Off dry with cooking apple sour bite and green pear tartness. Very wine-like.

Aftertaste:

Long pear and tart cooking apple finish.
