(sample batch RB04, best before end May/16) Clear, rusty scarlet red with no head.

Aroma:

Raspberry jam and subdued apple with faint biscuity and grassy scents.

Sabor:

Medium dry. Sweet jammy raspberry dominates crisp apple cider.

Aftertaste:

Cooked raspberry and lingering acidity.
