Appearance:

(sample BB 28/Nov/16) Clear, thick retentive ivory white head with spotted lacing.

Aroma:

Sugar coated crispy white banquette crust with some raw cereal, zesty orange and grassy hops.

Taste:

Light to medium-bodied. Crisp and dry with good maltiness, bitter orange, grapefruit and grassy hops.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with roasted malt, zesty citrus and light grassiness.

Overall:

A blond session ale with a lot more character and roasted malt notes than its colour and name might suggest.
