Brú Dubh Stout is a traditional Dry Irish Stout which its brewers suggest serving “with mixed grills, steak, cheeses, potatoes / meat dinners” and say is “fantastic with a slice of chocolate cake.”

Clear but almost opaque, deep brown/ebony with creamy tan head and moderate lacing.
Roasted barley, coffee, chocolate, cream-of-soda and some soy sauce.
Medium-bodied. Coffee and bitter chocolate over a biscuity base. Slightly earthy with light grassy hop influence.
Mildly bitter charcoal, coffee and bitter chocolate.
Fairly light-bodied as stouts go but pleasingly dry and easy to drink with biscuity toasted malt, coffee and bitter chocolate.
