Aparência:

(sample bottle BBE Sep/17) Thick – coats and clings to inside of glass. Opaque, straw yellow.

Aroma:

Intense root ginger and candied ginger.

Sabor:

Sweet and syrupy. Intense ginger heat and flavour with candied ginger sweetness. Thick mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Lingering candied ginger spice and richness.

No geral:

Intense candied ginger spice coupled with convenience of use and a long shelf-life. An attractive option for cocktail use.
