Brewed in Scotland with New Zealand and U.S. hops. Fallen Brewing is housed in the old Kippen Railway Station, hence the name of this beer.

Review and Tasting


Sampled on 28/04/2017

Appearance:

(sample can BBE Jan/18) Hazy, amber with moderate, retentive off white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Malty, light toasty with light grassy, lemon and orange zest citrus and pine hop aromas.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Assertive citrus (tangerine, lime and grapefruit) and pine hops with underlying bready maltiness. Some light mango tropical fruitiness.

Aftertaste:

Dry finish with pine and grassy hops and faint passion fruit.

Overall:

A pale ale with brawny citrus and pine hope and faint tropical fruitiness.
