Aparência:

Clear, reddy-brown with brick red tones.

Aroma:

Pungent with red wine fruitiness, cinnamon, clove and black pepper spice.

Sabor:

Surprisingly fruity with more red wine notes, dried fruit, red berries, and herbal and rooty bitterness. Spice is subtler that the nose might suggest.

Aftertaste:

Long, fruity, bitter and lightly spicy finish.

No geral:

When compared to Angostura Aromatic Bitters, these Australian alternative bitters are quite different, perhaps a little spicier and certainly fruitier.
