Aparência:

(sample bottle best before Dec/18) Opaque, deep brown, virtually black with thick, retentive, beige head.

Aroma:

Dark chocolate, milky mocha coffee, nuts, liquorice and Cola Cubes.

Sabor:

Full-bodied. Chocolate roast malts, mocha coffee, nuttiness, liquorice, dry lightly bitter oaky tannins and faint coal dust smokiness. Smoothed by creamy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Charcoal/coal dust, dark chocolate and mocha coffee with lingering tannins and bitterness. Faint smoky bacon.

No geral:

As its brewers say, this is “A massive Stout” with rich chocolate, liquorice and notes of coal dust/charcoal.
