A Japanese influenced ginger ale. Ingredients: carbonated water, sugar, acidity regulators (Citric acid, Trisodium citrate), flavourings, colour (caramel E150) and preservative (Sodium Sorbate).

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 04/Oct/17) Clear, golden amber with high carbonation.

Aroma:

Pungent root ginger.

Taste:

Caramel and apple sweetness smooths fiery root ginger and citrus acidy. Has a pleasant cleansing bite.

Aftertaste:

Fades with more caramel, ginger heat and lemon/lime acidity.

Overall:

More assertive ginger than many other ginger ales is smoothed by rich caramel and apple flavours.
