Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/09/2018

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with thin but retentive off-white head.

Aroma:

Zesty lime, ginger and black tea leaves with mild green cardamon spice.

Taste:

Assertive kaffir lime with ginger and cardamon spice, wheat beer and black tea tannins.

Aftertaste:

Black tea leaves, lime and lingering ginger spice.

Overall:

At a mere 2.5% alc./vol. this flavoured wheat beer is surprisingly characterfull. Reminiscent of a complex ginger beer offering more than just ginger spice.
