Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 31/Aug/19) Crystal clear with light carbonation.

Aroma:

Zesty orange, freshly peeled carrot and floral elderflower.

Taste:

Elderflower is more assertive on the lightly bitter quinine and mineral palate. Orange notes are zesty and subtle.

Aftertaste:

Floral honeyed finish with lingering dry quinine minerality.

Overall:

This tonic is subtly flavoured with orange and elderflower, the later more dominant than the orange. When mixed in a G&T this subtly allows gin notes to shine with underlying floral notes.
