Havana Club Professional Edition D "is a fresh aromatic white rum" made from a blend of fresh destilado de caña with full-bodied and aromatic extra-aged aguardientes."
Released in October 2019, this is one of two new editions (see also C) in Havana Club's Professional Edition series produced by Head of Cuban Rum Masters, Juan Carlos González and Cuban Rum Master, Salome Alemán in collaboration with leading bartenders, Carina Soto Velasquez and Alex Kratena.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Grassy herbal scents, vanilla fudge, pecan pie, acacia honey and vanilla.
Taste:
Bone dry, cut grass and sea salt with green apple skin and light white pepper spice. Subtle mint and basil herbaceousness.
Aftertaste:
Herbaceousness dry vermouth-like notes, white pepper and vanilla.
Overall:
Dry, herbaceous and grassy with faint salinity, green apple and vanilla.
