Appearance:
Hazy, mid-golden amber with a thin but retentive head.
Aroma:
Tropical fruit (mango and passion fruit) with zesty grapefruit and faint brown bread.
Taste:
Medium-bodied. Ripe juicy mango and passion fruit, sour zesty grapefruit, sourdough bread and light bitterness.
Aftertaste:
Zesty grapefruit, passion fruit and mango with moderate lingering bitterness.
Overall:
Rich tropical fruit with sourdough-like maltiness and moderate bitterness.
