Sève Feu de Joie has been produced since 1847 by Léopold Brugerolles in Matha, a small market town in the Cognac region of western France. Considering the area in which it is produced it is probably not surprising that cognac is a key ingredient; 20% - with half of that XO quality.
Experimentado em 01/02/2010
Clear, reddy-brown.
Somewhat reminiscent of a fruity amaretto, with morello cherry, ripe plum, vanilla, soft spice, almond and just enough spirit bite.
Sweet and sour with notes of unripe jammy fruit. While sweet, it is light, well balanced and far from cloying.
