This Mexican beer takes its inspiration from the German Kolsch style and benefits from the addition of wheat malt and prolonged rest after fermentation.

Appearance:

Dark amber.

Aroma:

Very malty.

Taste:

Full-bodied, fruity, malty palate with subtle hoppy notes. Starts sweet with fruity caramel notes but quickly turns bitter with emerging hoppy notes.
