Pronounced ‘Ack-Ash-Ee-Tie Hon-Joe-Zo. This is a very classically styled Honjozo sake (sake made using rice from which 35% of the outer layer has been milled away, malted rice, and distilled alcohol).

Clear, faint straw yellow tinge.
Bready and malty, with overripe pear and seaweed with faint hints of soy sauce.
Very faintly salty with cleansing acidity very faint metallic mineral notes.
Tart pear and lingering acidity.
